It’s a New Year and everyone is setting their goals and resolutions. They are trying to lose weight, get out of debt, start their own business, and the list goes on. But none of this can happen without visualization and harnessing the power of Success Thinking.

Now if you don’t know what success thinking is then let me explain. Success Thinking is creating positive, forward-looking, optimistic pictures in your own mind and in the minds of others.

When you are a success thinker it resonates in everything that you do from your words, to your body language, to your actions. Success thinkers understand that words are the raw materials of thought and those words are projected into pictures of sorts in your mind. That is why it is important to practice using big positive words to describe how you feel, to describe other people, and to encourage others. Those pictures determine how you and others react to situations. In other words if your pictures are positive then that is how you will react, if you have negative pictures than your reactions will be negative.

Success in its broadest meaning is not limited to only monetary and material possessions. It reveals as being plentiful in countless and several forms in life and nature.

The universal spirit of consciousness, craves to continuously manifest and express itself; this power likewise expresses its longing to demonstrate success, which is naturally wanting to develop, to grow and become bigger and stronger.

However, many realize this longing and natural inclination for growth repressed in them, because of negative thinking, unconstructive programming, and not having enough faith in their abilities and themselves.

Every individual has dual natures. One wants the self to move forward while the other feels like pulling back. The one nature that one concentrates and cultivates on determines what one is at the final end, as both natures tries to hold and to be in control.

One’s “will” resolves the issue alone. An individual by one utmost attempt of the “will” can change one’s whole vocation and accomplish miracles. Which is why having an open mind is very significant.

One having a closed mind grasps to a concept without much concern for evidence. They might have even reached at their concept without supporting material evidence. As a result, when one is presented with evidence that is contradicting to their concept, they immediately dismiss it.

The great thing about each day is that it is a new day and you have a choice on how you want it to be.

So how do you wake up in the morning? How do you choose to make your day?

Along time ago I decided to make each day a great day and I haven’t had a bad day since. The reason is because I made the choice to have a good day everyday. No matter what my situation is nothing matters more than my attitude towards it.

So instead of allowing a bad morning or a situation dictate your entire day, Make the choice to enjoy it and be happy. It’s your choice!

You can make everyday a FANTASTIC Day…

No More Excuses…Success Starts With YOU!

Thursday, July 30th, 2009

I was watching a little bit of television the other day when I came across the Iron Man Event on ABC. As I was watching this they begin to tell a story about a young man who was a motor biker but was paralyzed after breaking his back. Now this is was absolutely horrible thing to happen to anyone but what is even more amazing is that he was now in this Iron Man competition.

At that moment, I said to myself “There is NO room for excuses”. This 20 year old boy was paralyzed but still managed to push forward. So why can’t I, why can’t you, why can’t anyone achieve their goals?

I realize a long time ago that obstacles are only as big as you make them. If you think you won’t overcome them then guess what…you won’t!

Dani Johnson always says, “Excuses are well planned lies”. For a long time I didn’t understand the power that this statement holds. See you can give as many excuses as you want on why you can’t achieve something. Who are you trying to convince? You are only lying to yourself because you are the one that has to make take action. No one can do it for you.

Relinquish Your Self Doubt and Lack of Confidence

Monday, June 22nd, 2009

Self doubt and lack of confidence is one of the biggest problems besetting people today.

With today’s economy, more and more people are becoming afraid of life because of a deep insecurity and lack of trust within themself. They are not trusting in their own abilities to succeed or create opportunities. What the don’t realize is that self doubt is hindering them from reaching their full potential.

When you are going through difficult situations your problems tend suck up alot of your energy while leaving you overwhelmed and discouraged.

But ATTITUDE is everything!

Your attitude towards something is way more important than the facts. See no matter how difficult that facts are it is not as important as your attitude towards it. In other words, your attitude determines whether or not you overcome or are defeated.

So you may be wondering, how (exactly) do I change my attitude towards the facts?

Here are a few simple steps you can follow that will change your whole outlook…

Step 1 – Write down all the facts that are for you and not against you. You may have to dig deep for this because when your mind is consumed with the things against you, you overlook the things for you. Here are some questions to get you started:

Truly Happy or Just Role Playing?

Sunday, June 7th, 2009

‘Someone comes and asks you, ‘ How are you?’ and your response may be something like, ‘I’m great’! But do you really mean it. Are you truly happy or are you just role playing?

See in many cases, people are playing a role when it comes to there happiness. We have all been there. You may be having a bad day, a bad week, or even a bad year but you pretend that everything is fantastic. All of the depression, breakdowns, sadness, etc is covered up by a smiling facade. But Why?

So many times we supress or feelings in hope that they will go away and everything will be alright. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. That is just to easy.

See if there is unhappiness in you, you first need to acknowledge that it is there. Investigate what is going on inside of you because the situation you are currently in may have something to do with it. If that is the case, action may be required to change the situation or remove yourself from it.

Will Smith Interview On Oprah – Living with Purpose

Friday, May 29th, 2009

I had to post this video. I remember when I first seen this interview on Oprah, I immediately said to myself,”I have to share this with other people”. This is a powerful interview from the beginning to the end. Will talks about ‘living with purpose’ in a way that is contagious. At about 13 mins, he says something that you should use in every aspect of your life. If you have seen the interview, then you know what I am talking about. If you haven’t, then you should watch the video in full. It lasts about 20 mins but it is well worth your time. :) Enjoy!

Without the right mindset success will always feel like that little engine that could chugging up a mountain, rather then effortless and easy like it should be.

There are 2 things that matter more to your success then anything else.

1. Marketing
2. Mindset

I have plenty of Marketing for you so in this section we’re going to go DEEP into the MINDSET of success.

So what do I mean by that? Quite simply I mean this…

You are creating YOUR reality all the time, whether you are conscious of it or not. The thoughts that you emit, the emotions that you feel, the attitudes you hold, and the beliefs you have are directly responsible for what you will bring into your life. You ever notice angry people seem to always hang around other angry people? Or did you ever fear something so much that you actually MADE it happen?

I KNOW we all experience these situations in our lives but too many times we let our awareness of them fly under the radar. We let our emotions and thoughts dictate our actions, rather then our actions dictating our emotions and thoughts.

Dare to Dream Big Dreams

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

All of us have had a dream in our life. You may have wanted more for your family, be able to travel more, help the underprivileged, you get the idea. Unfortunately, you may have had some things happen in your life that caused you to put your dream on the back burner and you have never seem to get back to it. Well I am challenging you to dream again.

Just because you started a certain way doesn’t mean you have to stay there.

You have been a caterpillar for to long, it is time to develop into that butterfly that you have longed to be. See the great thing about dreams is that they never go away they are embedded in your soul. That is why so many people are not living fulfilling lives because they are going after what they want in life. Instead they take on a life that someone else has for them or life has thrown them a few blows and they feel like it is too late. In other words, you are lying to yourself about what you want to be truly happy.

It’s all in the mind
